Career Coaching can help you with all aspects of your career advancement including helping you to identify opportunities for improvement in your personal and professional life. During your 30-minute session, your career coach will learn more about your needs and help you with your career development strategy. Sessions may cover interview preparation, networking strategies, LinkedIn reviews, and more. Our goal is to help you get closer to achieving your career goals.

Meet Our Coaches

Dr. Neferiatiti Holt-Lewis

Dr. Neferiatiti Holt-Lewis is the Sr. Manager of D&I at EZCORP, based in Austin, Texas. She is a Californian native now Texan and avid traveler, she has visited 43 countries, blending her love for learning, adventure and teaching. Dr. Holt-Lewis has taught abroad, sharing her insights in Israel and Normandy, France. A dedicated community volunteer and a passionate equestrian, her diverse experiences and education enable her to adapt, listen, and improve environments.

Ramone Smith

Ramone Smith is a Certified Digital Career Strategist (CDCS) and Certified Student Career Coach (CSCC), affiliated with the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches (PARWCC). With expertise in Digital LinkedIn Strategy and Career Coaching, Ramone is currently pursuing a PhD in Information Studies at Long Island University. He holds certificates in Career Coaching, ATS-Optimized Resume Writing, Resume Development for Technical Professionals, and Technical Recruiting, and is proficient in Salesforce-CRM, Zoom, WebEx, Calendly, Salesforce, and Huntr.

Donna Satterthwaite

Donna Satterthwaite, a multifaceted career coach at Randstad RiseSmart, is poised to launch MotivAction Career Coaching, LLC, aimed at empowering job seekers with personalized strategies and expert guidance. Formerly a COO and Interim Executive Director at the Center for Workforce Inclusion, Donna's extensive experience enriches her coaching practice with a unique perspective. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park.
